Why Changing Change

People embracing new mindsets, behaviours and practices willingly and optimistically is at the core of every successful change.


Navigating change with our people-led approachwill harness the unique experience, insight and energy of your people. It will enable theright change to be delivered in the right way, reset your peoples’ experience of change and build lasting change capability.


People-led change looks and feels different. It requires formal leaders and decision makers to lean in and embrace new ways of leading, focusing on creating the right conditions for change, removing obstacles, engaging stakeholders and bringing people together to co-design the future. It requires informal leaders and team members to lean in and learn new ways of working, embrace the opportunity to share perspectives, learn from others, co-design and take carriage of the change. 


We will work with you to design the best way to bring a people-led approach to your change. We will start by building an understanding of your context, the challenge and how your people have experienced change to date. Armed with this insight, we can shape how we change change together. 

People led looks like:

  • developing a compelling ‘why’ together  
  • making space for your people to contribute their unique perspectives and knowledge, debate possibilities and ideas and surface concerns
  • trusting your people to co-design the right change and embrace what emerges 
  • designing and implementing new practices, rituals and routines to make change stick, together 
  • creating spaces for people to connect, share stories, learn and give feedback 
  • listening to and addressing feedback
  • taking the next steps together, learning, evaluating and iterating as a community.
