With over two decades of experience leading change, most recently 9 years with PwC’s the Difference, Kate has worked as a consultant and in-house transformation lead.
She has partnered with clients across health, financial services, telecommunications, education, mining and utilities to successfully co-design and implement large scale change.
Expertise and experience:
- shaping and delivering successful complex, large scale customer, technology and ways of working transformations
- co-designing and delivering high impact change experiences including marketplaces, ‘festivals’, conferences and un-conferences
- designing and delivering large scale, innovative experiential roll outs to embed change
- working with intact divisions and teams to explore and embed change
- coaching and developing leaders and change specialists across a range of contexts
- leading high performing cross functional teams, bringing client business owners, subject matter experts and change consultants together to co-design and execute change.
