Across all organisations hours of endeavour go into planning and executing change. In most, there are decades of change experience, supported by well-established methodologies, frameworks and tools to support execution. Customer and colleague feedback about opportunities and challenges is routinely collected, robust planning identifies priorities and constraints, teams of smart, capable people are empowered to deliver, with guidance from a steering group or similar body.
Why then does change continue to deliver such mixed results? Expected benefits are not realised, positive impacts are lessened, and time spent embracing something new feels wasted. Why then does the experience of change continue to be a roller coaster for many? Leaving people feeling jaded, frustrated, and unheard.
At Changing Change we want to change this. We want to enable the right change to be delivered in the right way. We want to change peoples’ experience of change.
